Watch Repairs

All watch repairs are carried out on an estimated basis only

There is a charge for this service. Estimates cost £20.00 which includes recorded delivery return post if you do not proceed with the estimate. This charge is not applicable if you proceed with the estimate. If you wish the watch returned by special delivery post a charge of £30.00 will be made. Please note – Royal Mail do not pay compensation for watches returned by Recorded Delivery post in the event of loss.

You can in most cases avoid this charge by the following procedure.

Give as much information as possible about your watch by email  (premier.rama@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+447944881770) with any photographs. We can then inform you whether it is worth sending the watch or not. If after sending your watch, you find our estimate unacceptable, or we are unable to carry out the repair, in both cases where a watch is sent to customers unrepaired, the handling charge is payable prior to its return.

Once we agree to receive the watch for an estimate, we will provide the postal address.

Please ensure that the watch is well protected to avoid damage during transit. Royal Mail Special delivery post is recommended.
