Premier Watches is a Company which was subcontracted to Seiko UK ltd for over 40 years, dealing exclusively in one brand “SEIKO”. We are able to repair many of the older models where parts are now discontinued.

How do we do it? 

We have accumulated many parts over the years and we are also on the lookout to purchase old SEIKO watches to get parts from them. This means we travel to many parts of the country and sometimes even abroad looking for spare parts and to buy old watches. Due to this reason we may not be able to repair your watch in a hurry.

When you make an enquiry on line we may ask you to send your watch immediately or at a specified time of the year. This often depends on the availability of spare parts for your model. For this reason, please give as much information   as possible about your watch when you make the initial enquiry. Once we ask you to send the watch, you should send your watch as early as possible so that we can send you an estimate. Once you accept the estimate, the repair can be completed within 4 weeks in most cases. Just choose one the 3 options at the back of the estimate.
